…meeting miss mustard seed

I have to admit I may have skipped up to her tent literally when I saw Marian setting up.

If you follow DIY blogs or even do a simple search, you will find Miss Mustard Seed. She was a huge inspiration to me to start blogging about what I was busy doing.

The more we talked, the more things we had in common – kids the same ages, we were the same age and she happens to know a few dear friends that I grew up with!

Meet, Annie-the-fashion-designer, another one of my very talented friends.

In fact, there were several vendors that I really connected with and wanted to offer their experience & expertise to me. Sue from The Treasured Hunt, was one of those special people.

These are some of her amazing pillows she sells from Chartreuse & Co.

And of course many of you know Caroline from Ekster Antiques. I wanted to just curl up in her tent and pretend it was my home.

One of the best parts of the show was meeting these women & mentors & gleaning a bit of insight into the businesses that they created.
